Scott is a Noosa Shire local with over 20 years’ experience building on the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane.
He began his building journey through an apprenticeship with a local builder, where Scott was introduced to a competent group of trades that he still uses to this day.
When Scott finished his apprenticeship he moved to Edinburgh, Scotland where he worked on large scale commercial projects for Lend Lease. Although his time was limited in the UK Scott’s main role was as a foreman. After returning to Australia, Scott has had a varied professional life in construction from small residential buildings to large scale civil works.
For the past 12 years Scott has completed a wide range of projects, including, new builds, renovations, extensions throughout the Noosa Shire, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane regions. Scott prides himself on being able to construct complex builds and not your run-of-the-mill projects. He enjoys working with new and repeat clients and also with a wide range of professional peers in the building, construction and design industries. Scott has great reputation not only with his trades but also with a varied range of local architects, interior designers and drafts-people throughout the Noosa Shire and broader Sunshine Coast.
Phoebe is a Sunshine Coast local with over 10 years experience in the interior design industry. Phoebe graduated, with honors, from the Queensland University of Technology in 2011. Since that time Phoebe has gained experience in London and Melbourne, immersing herself in small and large scale commercial projects and residential projects as well.
In London Phoebe was integral to the design and opening of a cafe and high end design store in Wimbledon where she went on to work with numerous residential clients as a result of the quality of design inherent in the commercial project.
Her time in Melbourne consisted of working on a full range of large scale commercial and public projects consisting of, but not limited to, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Monash University Business School, Melbourne Airports T2 - Luxury Retail and T4 and The Glen Shopping Centre.
Phoebe has relocated back to the Sunshine Coast and is working on a range of residential projects for SEC Constructions as well as running the administrative side of the business.
