The original house is being transformed into an architecturally designed home, designed by Angus MacKenzie. The addition of a brand new garage and circular, infinity pool makes this project even more exciting for the SEC Constructions team. Fine, architectural details and modern forms of cabinetry made this build equally complex and satisfying.

Sunrise Beach Unit Renovation
This penthouse unit, in Sunshine Beach, was renovated in collaboration with an Architect and Interior Designer - both based outside of the Sunshine Coast. The project was troubled by a large presence of Asbestos and a limiting access however was a great success. The result is a coming together of fine detail, bold lighting and high end finishes

The owners were conscience of not over capitalizing and sticking to a tight budget. With the assistance of Phoebe, our in house Interior Designer, SEC Constructions were able to not only assist our clients in the fixtures, finishes and layout but with the landscape design and overall styling of their home as well, once construction had finished.

Timber that was grown and milled by the family was the main material that created this unique and playful home; the perfect material for our team of skilled carpenters. From the timber 'waved' entrance, to the viewing platform, to the slippery slide, this renovation was undertaken with a strong sense of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
