Hampton’s Style Granny Flat
Nestled away on a quiet Lane in Cooroy sits a newly completed Granny Flat. Our clients came to us with basic plans and asked for a Hampton’s style Granny Flat that would make the most of their double block in Cooroy.
This one-bedroom dwelling is the first project that saw Scott & Phoebe collaborate together with the construction and interior design, making it a seamless and painless build for our wonderful clients. Phoebe created numerous, clear presentations which outlined the concept for the overall interior and exterior finishes and bathroom and kitchen design. Phoebe specified all of the interior and exterior finishes, including all fixtures and fittings, paint selections, flooring and tile finishes and also cabinetry finishes, including hardware.
The Cooroy Granny Flat showcases SEC Constructions aptitude for finalising each of our build with precision and detail, whether they be large or small scale.
