This one-bedroom dwelling is the first project that saw Scott & Phoebe collaborate together with the construction and interior design, making it a seamless and painless build for our wonderful clients. Phoebe created numerous, clear presentations which outlined the concept for the overall interior and exterior finishes and bathroom and kitchen design.

Maple Street Granny Flat
The open plan Kitchen, Living and Outdoor areas make this Tiny Home seem larger than it really is. The outdoor Laundry allows the bathroom to be very spacious. The wider doors, ramp access and large bathroom make the home suitable for a person with a disability, which was important for the client.

Our Tewantin clients main requirement for building a granny flat was not that of obtaining a passive income. The need to have family in close proximity was the driving force behind the construction of this Granny Flat; proving that these small homes can tick so many boxes.
