Spacious and Accessible
The Maple Street Granny Flat makes the most of a spacious block of land in the heart of Cooroy. This Tiny Home boasts a different floor plan to SEC’s previous Granny Flat constructions.
The open plan Kitchen, Living and Outdoor areas make this Tiny Home seem larger than it really is. The outdoor Laundry allows the bathroom to be very spacious. The wider doors, ramp access and large bathroom make the home suitable for a person with a disability, which was important for the client.
The Interior finishes and colour schemes were selected by Phoebe King- Christensen, our in house Interior Designer. “It was important that the finishes and colour palette were selected to look clean and vibrant but also to appeal to most personalities. By doing so we have created a home that is appealing to the rental community”. - Phoebe
